•  The St. Charles Stars Volleyball Club was established in the fall of 2003 to offer competitive, affordable volleyball to girls who are ages 10 thru 18. Teams within the club play in tournaments sponsored by USA Volleyball. Tournament play begins in January and continues thru April/May. Teams who qualify for National tournaments will continue to practice in May and June to prepare for any National tournaments which are usually in July. Our teams will practice 1-2 times a week and attend Team Conditioning Training once a week. Practice gyms are in the Francis Howell Schools, Ft. Zumwalt Schools, and other local gyms in the St. Charles County area. Teams usually play in 8 tournaments of which some may be out of town and require an overnight stay.

      Club fees for 2009-2010 are $495.00 for the 12's through 18's.
      Club fees include:
    • Player and Coach membership
    • practice facility
    • equipment fee (balls, ball carts, etc.)
    • 8 tournaments (7 local and 1 regional)
    • 6 one hour training sessions with Sports Enhancement Group
    • 2 Mizuno jerseys
    • 1 Mizuno short
    • 1 Mizuno warm up
    • 1 pair of socks
    • 1 practice t-shirt
    • 1 team duffle bag   
  • Additional fees may be due based on the number of tournaments and the type of tournaments the team decides on, (i.e., Qualifiers, 2 day tournaments, Festivals, Nationals).  Each player will be responsible for their own travel costs, locally and out of town.  Fundraisers organized by parents may be used to offset the travelling and extra tournament cost.  Club fees are not refundable.
  • Returning players-We are using the same Mizuno Uniform as last year.  You only have to pay club fees of $312.00.  You may order extra apparel pieces if you want or need them at the cost of the apparel item.
  • Asics shoes will be available to purchase on commitment night on October 26th for the 12's-14's or commitment night on November 23rd for the 15's-18's.
