Team training is included in the club fees.  It is not an extra expense.

Our 12's-18's will train for one hour a week at Sports Enhancement Group.

At SEG, the goal is not to make you the world's greatest athlete.  The goal is to help you be the best athlete you can be.  Athletes of every level will benefit from our unique approach to training.
At SEG, our goals are simple:
     Increase your athletic performance by providing you with a customized, sport-specific program.
     Decrease your potential for injury by concentrating on the area’s most susceptible to injury in your sport and/or your body structure. 
     Educate you on the purpose and proper technique for each and every training exercise.
If you’re starting, SEG will help you learn.  If you're accomplished, we'll help you improve.  SEG trains everyone from elementary students to masters, as long as they are committed to maximizing their potential.
The athletes will benefit because they will have more stamina to finish a match or a tournament with intensity and will develop less injuries.
